Fall Supplemental Training - NOVEMBER!! We have added a FOURTH weekly session!!!!
(September and October sessions are currently running! Please send us an email if you want to jump into October training (Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays) We also accept drop-ins. The drop in fee is $35/session)
NOVEMBER TRAINING. Unlimited training sessions (4x a week) are $195. That price break is $12/session. Register and proceed to the square store if you want to sign up for unlimited training! If you prefer one or two sessions a week, register and make that note in the "soccer experience" section and you will receive an emailed invoice. Because of daylight savings, we will be training earlier. If your player wants to train but you need a later option, please let us know and we can accomodate!
Mondays = 4:00-5:00 PM
Wednesdays = 4:00-5:00 PM
Fridays = 4:00 PM -5:00 PM
Sundays = 9:00-10:00 AM : high school ONLY
4:00-5:00 PM : all age groups
NOTE: we have to have at least 8 players enrolled to offer these sessions due to operations costs.
These sessions will be outdoors. Please bring a soccer ball, cleats, and tennis shoes to every session. Each session will be half technical soccer skills and half speed training.
These sessions will train athletes to develop short distance and long distance explosive speed, lower body strength, upper body strength, increased mobility and flexibility, agility skills, and higher levels of power and acceleration. All speed and strength training will increase muscular development and resilience to injuries. Each session will consist of technical soccer training as well as the classic Paladin speed training. Each player should pack tennis shoes for every session in the event that we will be indoors at SWSA in the Fuquay Sports Center.
