2023 College Prep Power and Speed Camp:
Paladin Power and Speed will be offering premier speed, agility, technical soccer, strength and cognitive training throughout June and July in both Fuquay Varina at South Wake Sports Academy and in Raleigh for night time training and our Friday Morning Testing days.
If you are a high school player, rising high school player, college bound or current college player, training will be customized to your preseason packet. This is our 9th annual camp that specializes in helping players achieve college level times and scores in preseason testing. We are excited to add 3 days of technical soccer and Striker Camp training with Coach Nick. We also have a $85 add on option for Coach Scott's Self Defense Course that will take place on Thursday mornings from 8:00 - 9:00 AM at the South Wake Sports Academy.

Drop in fees: $35/session. One Month of Training: $250.
Power and Speed Camp will run all June and July at the Fuquay Sports Center in 8,000 square feet of indoor astroturf and futsal court flooring at the South Wake Sports Academy. We will train Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (8:00 - 9:00 AM). These are power and speed sessions. We also incorporate yoga and mobility on Wednesdays.
(For the Raleigh only group: you will Monday and Wednesday nights and Friday mornings. )
Fridays will be testing days from 8:00-10:00 AM for our college bound players who need their preseason fitness testing to be proctored. This will also be striker / finishing training. These sessions will be in Raleigh.

This program will train athletes to develop short distance and long distance explosive speed, lower body strength, upper body strength, increased mobility and flexibility, and higher levels of power and acceleration. Our training will be both anerobic and areobic, helping players increase their lactate thresholds. The strength and conditioning movements and training will be catered to each athlete for his/her respective sport, age, and capabilities. All strength training will increase muscular development and resilience to injuries. We also cover technical soccer training at each session. So the kids will always be touching a ball. Moreover, the program will allow each athlete to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. For college-bound athletes with specific preseason programming, we will train those athletes respectively according to your packet. Please bring your packet to make our trainers privy to your summer training. (ie: if an NC State bound women’s soccer player has a preseason packet, we will train him/her according to their packet) Colleges represented: Gardner-Webb, LSU, Lehigh, UNCW, UNC Greensboro, UNC Charlotte, App State, Belmont Abbey, Mars Hill, Roanoke College, Alabama A&M, Emory and Henry, Longwood, WCU, Meredith College, USC-Upstate, Barton College and The Citadel.
