College Prep Power and Speed Camp:

Starts June 1st!!! Paladin is operating legally under the Phase Two guidelines. There is minimal roster space for this camp and we will cap it in order to follow the Governor's orders. Our indoor facility, SWSA, is not qualified as a "gym." Therefore we are allowed to operate and train under all the recommendations and precautions. (No parents allowed inside the facility / no food allowed inside/ temperature checked at the door / handwashing before and after sessions / small groups of no more than ten players / players will always be six feet apart while training.

This 2020 camp is exclusively for competitive high school players or current college soccer players. This camp is "invite only. " Invites will go out April 1st. This will be a morning camp for the high school / college-bound / college soccer players.

$350 / Unlimited Power & Speed Training for June and July (price point spread: average $9/session ! )

If you do not want to register for the entire summer and prefer to do drop ins:
Drop in fees: $35/session

Power and Speed Camp will run all June and July at the Fuquay Sports Center in 8,000 square feet of indoor astroturf and futsal court flooring at the South Wake Sports Academy. (our new home base!) We will train Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (10:00-11:00 AM). Thursdays are rest days if you have trained all week or endurance running days if you do not need a rest day. Fridays will be testing days from 8:00-9:00 AM for our college bound players who need their preseason fitness testing to be simulated and proctored. We will be on an outdoor soccer field or track in Raleigh for Fridays so as to have access to full field spaces for testing days. These Friday sessions will be in Raleigh near the Farmers Market/Centennial Campus.

We will be closed for the 4th of July holiday from June 29th - July 5th.

This program will train athletes to develop short distance and long distance explosive speed, lower body strength, upper body strength, increased mobility and flexibility, and higher levels of power and acceleration. The strength and conditioning movements and training will be catered to each athlete for his/her respective sport, age, and capabilities. All strength training will increase muscular development and resilience to injuries. We also cover technical soccer training at each session. So the kids will always be touching a ball. Moreover, the program will allow each athlete to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. For college-bound athletes with specific preseason programming, we will train those athletes respectively according to your packet. Please bring your packet to make our trainers privy to your summer training. (ie: if an NC State bound women’s soccer player has a preseason packet, we will train him/her according to their packet)
